We’re looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller with excellent communication skills who can also manage our Social Media Platforms.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls, enquiries & follow-ups
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other social media platforms
• Create and publish basic social media content
• Handle comments, messages & customer engagement
• Support online promotion and brand activities
🔹 Requirements:
• Prior experience in Telecalling / Customer Handling / Social Media Management
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Good knowledge of social media platforms
• Confident, positive & customer-friendly personality
• Good follow-up and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
