Job Title: Real Estate Customer Executive Job Summary The Real Estate Customer Executive serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the property buying, selling, or leasing process. This role involves managing inquiries, guiding clients through property viewings, facilitating documentation, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities • Lead Management & Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media. Qualify leads and understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines. • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Follow up regularly to keep clients engaged and updated on suitable property options. • Property Showings & Consultations: Coordinate and conduct site visits. Provide clients with detailed information about property features, local amenities, and pricing structures. • Sales & Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with the preparation of presentations, brochures, and promotional materials. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the company's CRM system. • Documentation & Compliance: Guide clients through the necessary paperwork, including application forms, KYC documents, and lease or sale agreements. Ensure all documentation complies with legal and company standards. • Post-Sales Support: Assist clients with post-transaction processes, such as property handover, registration coordination, and resolving any post-move-in queries or concerns. Qualifications & Skills • Education: Any Bachelor’s degree • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client relations, preferably within the real estate industry. • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally. • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of local real estate market trends, property values, and neighbourhoods. • Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
