About the Job

Nexa Loan Hub is looking for motivated and confident candidates for the position of Telecaller. The selected candidate will communicate with customers over the phone, understand their requirements, explain loan-related products and services, generate leads, and follow up with interested customers.

This is a Work From Home opportunity and is suitable for both freshers and candidates with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain loan products, eligibility, and basic documentation requirements.

Understand customer requirements and identify potential leads.

Follow up with interested customers regularly.

Generate and maintain quality leads.

Maintain customer and call records.

Update information in Excel/CRM.

Coordinate with the concerned team for further processing.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Required Skills

Good communication skills.

Confident and polite telephone communication.

Basic knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, and English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to use MS Excel.

Good convincing and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented and hardworking.

Willingness to learn and grow.

Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply.
