We are looking for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team at BookMyBai.com. This role involves handling customer calls, providing exceptional support, and addressing queries and concerns related to domestic help services (maids, cooks, nannies, caretakers). Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
Explain service details, process, pricing, and policies clearly to customers
Meet performance targets including call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer support, or service industry (freshers can apply)
Good communication skills in Hindi & English preferred
Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to handle objections and complaints professionally
Willingness to work 6 days a week during day shift
