Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach

• Explain service details, process, pricing, and policies clearly to customers

• Meet performance targets including call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass

• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer support, or service industry (freshers can apply)

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English preferred

• Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to handle objections and complaints professionally

• Willingness to work 6 days a week during day shift

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
