We are hiring Trainee Care Coordinators to work from home for patients across Nagercoil and Tirunelveli. You will be the first point of contact for patients and their families - booking appointments, following up on reports, and making sure every patient query gets answered. Freshers are welcome and full training is provided. What you will do: - Coordinate patient appointments over call and WhatsApp - Guide patients through registration, reports and consultation steps - Follow up with patients after consultations and record their feedback - Keep accurate records of every patient interaction - Escalate clinical questions to the care team - Attend occasional training sessions and team meetings in Nagercoil or Tirunelveli What we are looking for: - Any graduate; freshers encouraged to apply - Good spoken Tamil and basic English - Comfortable with a computer, WhatsApp and basic Excel - Empathetic, patient and organised - A quiet place to work with a stable internet connection Work from home. Occasional training and team meetings at our Nagercoil / Tirunelveli locations. Salary Rs 8,000 to Rs 10,000 per month. 6 days a week, day shift.
