Job Title: Tele caller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele caller to join our team. The Tele caller will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, generating leads, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer support to ensure business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.

• Explain products, services, and offers to customers clearly and effectively.

• Maintain and update customer databases on a regular basis.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Report customer feedback, issues, and suggestions to the management team.

• Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and scripts during calls.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduation.

• Prior experience in tele calling or customer service preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or local language.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office/CRM systems.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
