Telecaller

🔹 Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries

Provide information about Maruti Suzuki vehicle models and services

Generate leads and schedule test drives or showroom visits

Follow up with customers for bookings, feedback, and closures

Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel

Inform customers about offers, finance options, and exchange programs

Prepare daily call reports and share with the SMRE/Sales team

🔹 Requirements

Strong communication skills (Marathi/Hindi/English)

Excellent customer handling and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM)

Target-oriented and positive attitude

Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain customer relationships

🔹 Qualification

HSC / Graduate (any stream)

🔹 Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Automobile dealership telecalling experience preferred

🔹 Salary

₹12,000 – 18000(depends on dealership) + incentives
