MPD Realteck is seeking a motivated and results-driven telecaller to join our growing real estate team. This role involves connecting with potential clients through outbound calls to generate quality prospects and support our sales objectives. Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the database provided by the company
Engage potential buyers and investors in meaningful conversations about available real estate properties
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, interactions, and prospect details in our CRM system
Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline
Achieve monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and prospect conversion
Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine our outreach strategies
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff
Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data at all times
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma/12th Pass or equivalent (Graduate preferred)
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers are welcome to apply)
Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify languages - e.g., Hindi and English]
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with new people over the phone
Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good organisational skills to manage call lists and follow-ups effectively
