TELECALLER ( Hindi - Bengali)

Location: Kolkata (New Town) & Bhubaneswar, Odisha – Work from Office

Job Type: Full-Time | Fixed Day Shift | Rotational Week-Off

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Tele-callers fluent in Bengali and Hindi, with a passion for building connections and driving results.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and engage in meaningful conversations.

• Provide accurate information about products/services in a professional manner.

• Maintain detailed call records and follow-up schedules.

• Support campaign objectives and consistently achieve daily/weekly targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Assamese & Odia (mandatory speaking proficiency).

• Basic communication skills in Hindi/English.

• Prior tele-calling or customer service experience preferred.

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2).
