Key Responsibilities

✔️ Tele-calling and explaining products & services

✔️ Collecting and maintaining customer data

✔️ Resolving customer queries & handling support tickets

✔️ Managing renewals and regular follow-ups

✔️ Conducting customer surveys & onboarding calls

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. Horticulture / Any Agri Graduate

• Experience in Tele-calling / Telemarketing preferred

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English

• Strong communication & time management skills
