Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain records of interactions.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Update customer information in the CRM/database.
Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives when required.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
