Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Contact potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and follow up on prospects.
Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls, address customer queries, provide detailed information, and resolve issues efficiently.
Sales & Lead Generation: Explain features/benefits, persuade customers, and convert leads into sales or appointments.
Customer Service: Handle complaints professionally, maintain positive customer relations, and escalate complex issues.
Data Management: Accurately record call details, update customer information in the CRM, and maintain detailed interaction logs.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume, sales, or engagement targets.
Script Adherence: Follow communication scripts and company guidelines while interacting with customers.
