Landmark Real Estate Developer is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our sales and customer engagement team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, providing information about our real estate projects, and generating qualified leads to support the sales team.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and attend inbound inquiries.
Explain details of real estate projects, pricing, locations, and offers clearly.
Generate and qualify leads and schedule site visits or follow-up calls.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback.
Follow up with interested clients to nurture leads and close opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (local language preferred).
Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers.
