Job Description

• Make outbound calls to real estate agents and prospects to pitch and explain our property investment plans for housing projects in Palghar

• Handle inbound calls and enquiries related to property offerings

• Maintain a daily call record and update client details in company database/CRM

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team as required

• Provide product information, address basic client queries, and follow-up with interested prospects

• Maintain a professional and friendly communication style at all times

Requirements

• Minimum education: 12th pass (Freshers welcome)

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Pleasant telephone manners and confidence in speaking

• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, Internet searching)
