• Maintain records of customer’s responses & feedback 

• Follow-up dispatch item, track & inform to customers that if they receive or not 

• After Item received take feedback 

• Inform about our new collection, exhibitions 

• Take & confirm orders over phone or WhatsApp

• Coordination with sales or dispatch teams regarding client requirements 

• Assist in upselling or Cross- selling related product.

• Build & maintain positive relationships with regular buyers 

• Handel queries related to product specifications, pricing & availability

• Maintain daily call logs, lead sheets & follow-up schedules

• Submit weekly report new order to dispatch item 

• Make sure all orders will dispatch with in right time 

• Payment Follow-Ups if required
