Job Description

Telecaller / Customer Support Executive – Tally Software

Job Responsibilities

Call customers and explain Tally software features
Generate leads for Tally Prime sales
Follow up with existing customers
Handle customer inquiries on phone and WhatsApp
Schedule software demo appointments
Maintain customer data in Excel or CRM
Support sales team for software installation follow-up
Explain AMC / renewal / GST update services

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of TallyPrime
Good communication in Hindi / Marathi / English
Computer knowledge
Excel knowledge
Telecalling or customer handling experience preferred

Qualification

HSC / Graduate
Fresher or experienced both can apply

Salary in Dombivli / Mumbai
