Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Blended Process role, where the majority of work involves voice support (70%) along with email handling (30%). The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and resolving queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (70%)
Manage and respond to customer emails (30%) within TAT
Resolve queries related to services, billing, and accounts
Maintain records in CRM tools
Ensure professional communication (verbal & written)
Meet quality and productivity targets
Required Skills:
Excellent spoken English and good written communication
Ability to handle calls + emails simultaneously
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Eligibility:
Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers & Experienced)
BPO / Customer Support experience is a plus
