Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Telecaller - Tamil

Job Requirements

• Language: Tamil (must be fluent)

• Qualification: 10th pass and above

• Experience:

  • Freshers: ₹18,000 per month

  • Experienced (up to 3 years): Salary up to ₹25,000 per month (based on previous salary)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary hike based on experience and performance

Work Schedule

• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Weekly Off: Sunday

• Note: 1 or 2 Sundays may require working (as per business requirement)

Age Criteria

• Age Limit: 18 – 30 years

Interview Process

• Interview Rounds: 1 Round (HR) Face to Face

Training

• Training Duration: 2 days (company provided)

Key Skills

• Strong communication skills in Tamil

• Basic customer handling skills

• Willingness to learn
