Position: Tele Sales & Support Executive (Female Candidates Preferred)

*Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.

* Handle inbound queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer support.

* Maintain customer records, update data in CRM system, and follow up with leads effectively.

* Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets by converting leads into customers.

* Build and nurture strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.

* Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and company policies.

* Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.

*Requirements*

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

* Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred (freshers may also apply).

* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages is a plus).

* Good convincing and negotiation skills.

* Comfortable with outbound calling and sales responsibilities.

* Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge desirable.
