We are a reputed travel company based in Gurgaon, currently seeking enthusiastic and driven Tele-Callers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel services and packages

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information

• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions

• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and contribute to overall team success

Requirements:

• Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service (1–3 years)

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Immediate availability is a plus
