We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, resolve queries, promote products or services, and generate leads or sales as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, or service requests.
• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotional offers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for number of calls made, leads generated, or sales closed (as applicable).
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when required.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum Graduate
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or a related field (Freshers can also apply)
Skills: o
Excellent verbal communication in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]
Good listening skills and ability to handle objections
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Preferred Attributes:
• Positive attitude and patience while handling different types of customers
• Previous experience in BPO / call center / telesales will be an added advantage
• Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects
