Role :

(in 100 to 150 words) Manage high volumes of calls with professionalism and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, following procedures and escalating when needed. Ensure clear, empathetic communication, making customers feel supported.

Job Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, following procedures and escalating when needed.
• Ensure clear, empathetic communication, making customers feel supported.
• Provide exceptional service via voice calls, promptly addressing inquiries and issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Criteria :

• Excellent communication skills.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in additional languages.

Shifts timings: 7AM to 12A
Week Off : 6

Transport : 10pm - Female, Male - 12am
