Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students and parents to inform them about NEET & JEE courses offered by Gurcharanam Academy.

• Explain course details, benefits, and admission process clearly and confidently.

• Maintain a positive relationship with prospective students through effective communication.

• Follow up with interested candidates to ensure enrollment.

• Maintain and update student database regularly.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English).

• Persuasive and confident over the phone.

• Ability to handle student/parent queries politely and professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or the education sector will be an added advantage.
