Job SummaryGujarat Travels is seeking a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent customer service and support for our travel operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage bookings, coordinate with drivers, and ensure a smooth travel experience for customers and agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and travel agents.
Assist customers with bus ticket bookings through phone, walk-in, and online channels.
Inform customers about bus cancellations, schedule changes, delays, and other travel-related updates.
Guide customers regarding routes, boarding points, pickup locations, and travel schedules.
Coordinate with drivers and operational staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Address customer queries and provide accurate travel information.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions, bookings, and service requests.
Support online booking operations and assist customers with booking-related issues.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
Required QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
0–1 year of experience in customer service, call center, travel, or a related field.
