We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, engaging with potential property buyers, explaining project details, and booking site visits. Candidates who enjoy communication and building customer relationships are ideal for this role.
Make outbound calls to potential buyers and share property project details.
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information to leads.
Schedule and confirm site visits for clients.
Maintain daily follow-ups with interested customers.
Update lead information in CRM/system regularly.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
Maintain good communication and a positive customer experience on every call.
Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (any two is fine).
Confident, proactive, and good at customer handling.
Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage (not mandatory).
Ability to follow scripts and explain project information clearly.
Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday.
