We are seeking energetic and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business partners, developers, and B2B clients to pitch our premium product range and schedule technical meetings.
Initiate outbound calls to pre-qualified lead lists and corporate databases.
Present and explain product specifications, value propositions, and corporate offerings clearly.
Understand customer requirements, handle objections effectively, and utilize strong convincing skills to close leads.
Maintain accurate daily call logs and follow up with interested prospects.
Key Requirements:
Languages Known: Must be highly fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (verbal communication skills are critical).
Skills: Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and persuasive convincing/sales skills.
Education: Minimum Qualification: Graduation completed (in any stream).
Prior experience in cold-calling, B2B sales, or customer support is a major advantage, though motivated freshers with excellent speech clarity may apply.
