Job Title: Telecaller – Healthcare Industry

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for calling patients/customers, explaining healthcare services, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to patients and potential clients
Provide information about healthcare services and packages
Handle basic customer queries politely
Schedule appointments and maintain call records
Follow up with existing patients

Eligibility:

Basic communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
