Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller cum Solar Panel Cleaning Executive

We are looking for a candidate who can handle telecalling activities and also in cleaning solar panels.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding solar services
Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication
Clean solar panels 2–3 times a month at site locations

Requirements:

Must know Bengali, Hindi, and Basic English
Good communication skills
Willing to handle both office calling work and field cleaning tasks
Responsible and hardworking attitude

Note: Solar panel cleaning will be required only 2–3 times a month; remaining working days will involve telecalling tasks.
