Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner
Generate leads and fix appointments for sales or service teams
Maintain a record of customer interactions and update the database regularly
Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or further assistance
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
Build and maintain good customer relationships
