Position: Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students about medical coding courses and career opportunities
Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures clearly
Maintain student databases and follow-up with leads
Achieve admission targets and contribute to business growth
Coordinate with the training and management team

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of medical coding (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in counselling, sales, or education sector is an advantage
Ability to handle students and parents professionally
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
