We are looking for a Collection Executive responsible for contacting customers, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining a professional relationship with clients.Key Responsibilities:Contact customers via calls, SMS, email, or WhatsApp regarding overdue paymentsFollow up regularly to ensure timely collection of duesExplain payment terms, dues, and settlement options to customersUpdate customer payment details and remarks in the systemNegotiate payment plans within company policiesCoordinate with internal teams for dispute resolutionMaintain daily/monthly collection targetsRequired Skills:Good communication and negotiation skillsAbility to handle pressure and meet targetsBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)Strong follow-up and convincing abilityCustomer handling and conflict-resolution skills
