Hiring: Telecaller / Telesales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai – 400025
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: Upto ₹45,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 6 months (Real Estate Telesales preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our dynamic Real Estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and possess strong communication skills to engage potential customers and generate leads.


Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch real estate projects.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into site visits or qualified leads.
Maintain follow-ups with clients through calls, messages, and emails.
Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in Telecalling/Telesales (Real Estate experience preferred). OR Any teleselling experience with Excellent communication.

Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Shift Timing:

12 PM – 9 PM (Rotational Shift)
