Provide exceptional customer support and assistance via phone, email, chat, or remote
sessions.
Address customer inquiries and technical issues related to TallyPrime/Tally.ERP 9 and
accounting Process.
Assist customers with software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Guide customers on how to use TallyPrime / Tally.ERP 9 features effectively for their
accounting needs.
Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM System.
Stay updated with the latest TallyPrime/Tally.ERP 9 updates, features, and best practices.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and
experiences.
Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training materials for
customers.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
