Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller – Loan Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, and guiding them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products.

Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms clearly.

Assess customer needs and suggest suitable loan options.

Collect and verify customer information for loan processing.

Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.

Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and customer feedback.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or a related field.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Basic computer skills for maintaining call logs and CRM updates.

Knowledge of loan products and financial services is an advantage.

Education:

Minimum 12th pass; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary: Competitive, with incentives based on performance.

Salary -> 10k to 15k ( depends on interview) + insentive

Location: Aashiyana

Job timing -> 10am - 7pm
