Job Title: Bengali Telecaller
Job Location: Salt Lake Sector V, College More, Kolkata
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹11,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Week Off: Rotational Week Off
Make outbound calls to customers in Bengali language.
Explain company services and provide required information to customers.
Maintain proper call records and update data in the system.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Follow up with interested customers when required.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets set by the team leader.
Age: Open to all age groups 18+ to 50+ maximum.
Qualification: Minimum Class 5 Pass.
Language: Must be fluent in Bengali (read and write bengali)
Experience: Freshers and experienced both can apply.
Good communication skills in Bengali.
Basic understanding of telecalling or customer interaction.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.
Basic phone handling skills.
Work Location: Salt Lake Sector V, College More, Kolkata.
