A Gold Loan Telecaller is a financial sales professional who makes outbound phone calls to pitch gold loan products, generate leads, and help customers apply for loans secured against gold assets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Call potential customers from existing databases or open-market lists to introduce gold loan schemes.
Customer Education: Explain interest rates, loan-to-value (LTV) ratios, repayment terms, and required documentation
Branch Coordination: Transfer interested and qualified leads to local branch staff or field officers for physical gold appraisal and final loan disbursement.
Data Management: Log call outcomes, schedule follow-up calls, and update CRM records daily.
