Job Description:
Tele Collection Executive – Key Responsibilities:
Call Customers: Reach out to people who have pending payments.
Discuss Payments: Talk to them about how they can repay and agree on a plan.
Explain Clearly: Share payment options, timelines, and consequences in simple words.
Keep Records: Note down all calls, agreements, and updates properly.
Follow Rules: Always work as per company and legal guidelines.
Be Polite: Handle customer questions with patience and respect.
Solve Issues: Help customers if they have doubts or disputes about payments.
Follow Up: Call again to check if payments are happening as agreed.
Protect Data: Keep customer information safe and confidential.

• Salary - 14000-19000+Monthly Incentives (Up to 15,000)+Monthly Rewards
