Job Opening – Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Location: Pammal, Chennai

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Coordinate with customers through calls and follow-ups.

Maintain customer records and update reports.

Resolve customer queries in a timely manner.

Work closely with the team to achieve daily targets.

Eligibility:

Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Degree

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
