Telecaller Job Description (JD)

Position: Telecaller

Location: Palarivattom, Kochi

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain company products and services to customers.

Generate leads and schedule appointments.

Follow up with customers and maintain records.

Handle customer inquiries and provide information.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Update customer details in the system.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.

Good communication skills in Malayalam and Tamil (English is an added advantage).

Basic computer knowledge.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
