📌 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects

• Handle inbound inquiries from interested buyers

• Explain property details (location, pricing, amenities, offers)

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

• Schedule site visits and meetings with sales executives

• Maintain a database of prospects and update CRM regularly

• Follow up with leads to convert interest into bookings

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

📌 Required Skills

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Good command of language (English + local language preferred)

• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel

📌 Educational Qualification

• Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate (preferred in Business/Marketing)

📌 Experience

• 0–3 years in telesales, telemarketing, or real estate sales

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
