We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Retention Tele Caller to join our team.
The ideal candidate will handle retention calls, solve customer issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls for customer retention.
Understand customer concerns and provide quick resolutions.
Persuade customers to continue using our services.
Maintain detailed call records in the CRM system.
Achieve retention targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide timely follow-ups to ensure issue closure.
🔹 Requirements
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Experience in Customer Support / Retention / Telecalling preferred.
Ability to handle customer escalations with confidence.
Problem-solving & negotiation skills.
Minimum Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
