Job Description

A Telecaller in Network Marketing is responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and converting prospects into members or customers for network marketing.Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote products or network marketing opportunities.
Handle inbound queries, provide information about products/services, and resolve customer questions.
Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into sign-ups or sales.
Use predefined scripts, adapt communication style as required, and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Record and update details of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or databases.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Collect feedback, understand customer requirements, and relay suggestions for product or service improvement.
Coordinate with the marketing team to refine call strategies and scripts.
