Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Stock Market

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive with a keen interest in the stock market. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining financial products, and converting leads into active investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads

• Explain stock market investment opportunities, products, and services

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Follow up with interested clients and close sales deals

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Update and maintain client databases and call records

• Stay updated with market trends and basic financial knowledge

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of the stock market and investment products

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

• Target-oriented mindset

• Basic computer knowledge MS Office,

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonuses
