Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

• Handle inbound queries from customers and provide accurate information.

• Maintain records of calls and customer details in the system (CRM/Excel).

• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with potential customers.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Provide feedback to the team leader/management regarding customer needs and market trends.

Requirements:

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as per requirement].

• Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
