Job Summary

We are hiring Telecallers to support our US Individual Tax Return preparation team. The role involves outbound calling, client coordination, collecting tax documents, answering basic queries, and supporting tax preparers/CPAs. Strong communication skills and willingness to work in US shifts are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US clients for tax document follow-up and information collection.

• Explain required documents for filing Form 1040.

• Handle inbound queries and schedule appointments with CPAs.

• Maintain CRM records, update call logs, and track client status.

• Follow up to ensure timely submission of documents and signatures.

• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to US tax data privacy standards.

  Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication

  • Experience in international BPO/US process is a plus.

  • Strong customer service, listening, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Comfortable working in Night Shift.
