In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential car buyers. Your goal is to engage leads, provide accurate information about our vehicle lineup, and schedule showroom visits or test drives to drive dealership sales.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Follow-up: Outbound calling to prospective customers from provided databases and web inquiries.Product Knowledge: Clearly explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and ongoing promotional offers (e.g., exchange bonuses, seasonal discounts).Appointment Setting: Persuade potential customers to visit the showroom for a physical inspection or book a doorstep test drive.CRM Management: Maintain an organized log of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up dates in the CRM system.Customer Relationship Management: Handle inbound queries regarding vehicle availability, service, and insurance with a professional and helpful attitude.Coordination: Liaise with the on-floor Sales Consultants to ensure a smooth handoff when a customer visits the dealership. Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome). * For Freshers: Must demonstrate a high level of energy, a willingness to learn automotive technicals, and a "can-do" attitude.For Experienced: Prior experience in telecalling, retail sales, or customer service is a plus.Communication: Fluent in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi/Local Language]. Ability to handle objections calmly and professionally.Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Higher Secondary. (Graduates preferred for long-term growth).Attributes: High patience levels, persistence, and the ability to work under monthly targets.
