Telecaller – Healthcare Supplies

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Bioforma Lifesciences Private Limited. This role involves handling customer calls, following up with customers, assisting with order completion, and providing excellent customer support related to healthcare supplies.

Salary & Incentives

₹7,000 Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

• ₹7,000 fixed monthly salary

• Additional 3%–5% incentive on completed orders, based on performance and order value.

• No fixed limit on incentive earnings — your total monthly incentive depends on the number and value of successfully completed orders.

• The more orders you complete, the higher your earning potential.

• High-performing candidates can earn ₹8,000+ in additional incentives depending on their monthly performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Follow up with customers and assist them in completing orders.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Provide accurate and timely information about healthcare supplies and orders.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and completed orders.

• Coordinate with other teams to resolve customer issues when required.

• Meet monthly performance and order-completion targets.

• Focus on converting customer enquiries into successfully completed orders.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

• Experience: 0–6+ years

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week.

• Day shift

Earning Potential
