We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Bhavani Business Solutions. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹18000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Contact customers via phone to collect overdue payments.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Negotiate payment plans and settlements

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and candidate must be a fresher. You will be responsible for collection payments from customers via calls.Computer basic knowledgeis necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
