WE ARE HIRING: Telecaller ( Support)

Company: Bharat Fishmate Private Limited

Location: Near Dum Dum Metro, Kolkata (On-site)

Gender: Female Only

Job Details:

  • Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

  • Experience: 0 - 2 Years (Freshers welcome)

  • Education: Any Graduate

  • Language: Fluent Hindi is a must. (Basic English & Bengali is fine).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and WhatsApp chats with farmers and dealers.

  • Guide users step-by-step on using the Bharat Fishmate App.

  • Process and manage orders for fish feed, seeds, and accessories.

  • Solve customer queries politely and maintain basic call records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic computer and mobile knowledge (WhatsApp Business, Excel).

  • Open to working a 6-day week (Day Shift).
