WE ARE HIRING: Telecaller ( Support)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and WhatsApp chats with farmers and dealers.
Guide users step-by-step on using the Bharat Fishmate App.
Process and manage orders for fish feed, seeds, and accessories.
Solve customer queries politely and maintain basic call records.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer and mobile knowledge (WhatsApp Business, Excel).
Open to working a 6-day week (Day Shift).
