Job Description

We are hiring Telecallers to handle customer calls, share insurance renewal quotations, explain policy details, and convert leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and share insurance quotations (WhatsApp / Email / Call)

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Explain policy coverage and benefits clearly

Follow up on leads and close renewals

Maintain basic call and lead records

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

Experience: Fresher to 2 years

Languages: Tamil & basic English

Skills Required

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

Salary & Benefits

₹12,000/month + performance & lead incentives

One paid holiday per month

Training provided

Work Timings

Mon–Fri: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Sat: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
